I want to upgrade my Duet 2021 to Quartet 2022.
On your website, I can just buy a complete new licence or upgrade Duet 2021 to Duet 2022. I tried EVERY SINGLE european reseller listed on the website. Only one is actually selling that upgrade, but I need to company to buy which I do not have. Most of them do not even sell Capture... Seriously? Maybe it's time to check/update all of this. I wasted 4h and still don't have my upgrade ...
So, where can I get my upgrade ? Please.

According to our licencing policies, edition upgrades are only available for current versions. Meaning you need first to have a version upgrade from your Capture 2021 Duet Edition to Capture 2022 Duet Edition and then order an edition upgrade from Capture 2022 Duet Edition to Capture 2022 Quartet Edition.
