Hi! It would be great if we coulkd have the option to insert text onto the CAD view and not only to plot's. will help alot when exporting DWG/MVR and such to client's/LD's and others. Thanks!
I wanted tot ask this question too. I realize a lot of this can be done in plots, but for the sake of exporting it would be great to have text in cad.
a few examples could be:
- having the centre line C/L ASCII symbol
- annotate elements in cad to make the exchange back and forth between I.e. Vectorworks more easy
- convert unit annotations (truss units or fixture channels numbers etc.) to cad on exporting to .mvr or other file formats as an option.
This last thing is perhaps the most difficult thing to do and not super high on the list, the others could have a workaround maybe?
