Before you post

If you have an idea or a suggestion, check first if someone has already posted about it. Use the search function of the forum!

If you find a post but it doesn't fully cover your thoughts, consider replying to it to add your perspective. Either way, you can hit the like button to show your support for the post.

When you post

Stick to a single topic within a post. If you put multiple requests in a single post it makes it very hard to discuss.

Describe the problem you are trying to solve. If you have a proposed solution that's great, but there may be multiple solutions to the same problem so we always try to understand the underlying problem.

After you posted

If we don't understand the problem you are trying to solve we may follow up with questions. Don’t interpret this as us questioning your needs - we have to understand the big picture so that we can consider all solutions.

While we may occasionally provide our thoughts on your request, don't expect us to always do so. Also don't expect promises or updates on when anything might be implemented.

Reread this post every once in a while - it may have been updated!
