The Cannon Cob wash shows the correct colours until the Patch number is entered. As soon as the patch no. Is entrees all colours go washed out and are all wrong...a setting of green shows a pale washed out pink etc
please can you fix this as it's obviously a Capture issue and not the fixture (this does not warrant your standard rejection reply).
In which mode are you having this weird control pane behaviour?
This happens just with this particular Capture Fixture - only when it is assigned a patch No. If the Patch number is deleted then the fixture in capture works as it should.
We are investigating the issue you mentioned. In the meanwhile, could you verify whether the problems remain on the rest of the available modes apart from the 3ch mode?
