If I place a moving head fixture in a project facing the 'correct' way it is wrong. To work properly I usually need to turn it side on -90 or +90. I know no one will probably read this let alone do anything about it as the support for this software is virtually nonexistent, just thought I would put this out there.
IN this instance Andy you need to send an email with enough detail about the fixture and the issue to fix it to library at capture.se Normally if a problem is confirmed its fixed in around 48 hours.
its not just one Moving head this is the Intimidators, Equinox and also the M6...all have to be turned -90 to be controlled correctly.
As stated in the FAQ
"First, make sure that you have the latest library from our download page. Should the error still persist, send an e-mail to library@capture.se describing its nature. If the error is related to a fixture, please try to verify that your controller is sending the appropriate DMX values required to achieve the desired result prior to contacting us."
Have you ever contacted Capture support and did not get answered within a couple of days?
