Is this a Capture file? It has the Capture logo with a projection screen image across it...I am unable to open it with Capture. Please help.

I apologize if the link is not seen or if there are multiple. I've not posted on this forum before.
This is the symbol of Capture's presentation files. It's an executable *.exe file that can be run on any computer regardless if they have or not Capture installed. Do note that you will also need the *.bin file that comes with it in order to run it.
