Scaling is possible through the object's properties menu with the field drawing unit. Measurement and lines can be found in the Built-in section of Capture's library. Rotation with angles can be achieved through the transform tool.

thanks for reply, when i select scale, line or distance i can only rotate using angle tool who appear when i select the item but in properties window i don t see rotatio X Y Z as its possible in other items like fixtures. I m right?

You are right. This functionality is not present in the tools mentioned.
