I have used 4 Equinox Fusion 100 spots. I have them slowly rotating and changing colour however, in Capture (and including the presentation) they are static and just show one colour. If I rotate the lights and colour very quickly then they show on Capture but they rotate very slowly in the program ? I can't find any settings in the program to be able to adjust this so I get exactly what the lights will do.

hope this makes sense and hope someone can help.

Andy, Lookng at the manual for the fixture it has a low and high speed rotate setting parameter.  The default is low which it sounds capture is doing.  If you are using a console then you can overide it using dmx but its probably not possible to change it any other way without an external dmx source.

Hi, thanks for the reply, I'm using DMXIS on this project, the rotation slider goes from 0 - 50 for clockwise rotation and 51 x 100 for anti-clockwise

at a rotation of 4 both my lights and capture are spinning fast (capture a little faster) from 5 to 20 Capture slows down however my lights still rotate very quickly, from 20 to 50 I can control the speed of my lights but on capture they are still throughout.

Hi, it's the same with the colours, I have my lights going very quickly through the colours to quick to see the changes but on capture they move very very slowly

Capture deals with the range of min to max values linearly. There are fixtures like this one that has non-linear curves for this range of DMX values but we have no proper data to support such functionality.

So are you saying that nothing can be done about this? It's a problem that you can't fix?

It could be fixed in the future and we already have this on our wish list, but at the moment there are no proper data from the manufacturers, nor we have implemented the technology to properly support this.
