I've had a similar experience.  Not sure if they are related.  Capture picked up the ARTNET, but lights weren't working.  Could see the dmx changes, but nothing from the lights.  Tried bringing them up from within Capture and still no light.  Tried replacing fixtures from the library, but that didn't work either.  However, when I brought a new fixture in from the library and patched it, everything worked.  So I've had to basically re-add the fixtures back into the show.  No idea what's up or if this is similiar to your problem.  I'm using MagicQ and Capture on Macbook and opened a show previously done in Capture 2020.  

hi, I also have the same problem, a project, opened with Capture 2020 latest release, works well, while if I open the project with Capture 2021 it doesn't work, I use a Vector Compulite console with art-net

in Version 2018 I can see the lightbeams , in 2021 on the same w-pc there is nothing

It's good idea when you start Capture new version for the first time , to pay attention to what Windows asks you about private and public networks, do not pass this with fast burst enter push sequence! That,s why you have a Firewall issues...

I’d like to test my latest lighting plan by the method that I connect Capture with Vista so that to control the lights, etc. Last time, when I connected these two programs using sACN (about a year ago) everything worked fine, but now despite the fact that I did everything the same way, no way I can bring that state back, Capture does not see the sACN broadcast sent from Vista. (I've already turned off firewall)

Has anyone experienced the similar?
What could solve the problem?
