I have a computer with the following characteristics:
- Intel (R) Core (TM) i5 - 7400T CPU @ 2.4GHz (4CPUs). ~2.4GHz
- 8G Ram
- Windows 10, 64 Bits (10.0, compilation 19042)
- Intel (R) HD Graphics 630
- DirectX 12
Every time I put a Led device in the project, as soon as I turn it on, a conflict warning appears with the graphics card saying that it is necessary to update the drives. this conflict forces me to close Capture. I have already checked and the drivers are up to date for my computer. What can i do to change this situation?
Thanks in advance
This is the message:
"Capture encountered an issue with your video card" "You can save your work, but Capture needs to be restarted. Update your video card drivers if possible and contact support if the problem persists."
my Capture info:
Capture 2020 Studant Edition
Version 2020.0.55
Running on Intel(R) HD Graphics 630
Driver version: 25.20.100.6446
Driver date:2018-11-19
Your graphic card drivers are 2 years old. Could you update them from intel's website and try again?
Already tried. The answer was that the latest driver for my pc is installed.
I still tried to install a newer one, but it gave me an error and it didn't let me.
Good Morning With the help of HP I was able to update the drivers for my graphics card.
I tried Capture. I was already happy to think that the problem was solved, but after a minute (more or less) the message came up again ...
what else can i do to resolve this situation? Does the computer not meet the needs to run Capture?
Best Regards
Your Intel UHD Graphics 630 graphic card scores 1444 in the benchmark tests (https://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu_list.php). This score does not mean that you may not run Capture but it can be considered less than the pass level of 2000 that we have set as a minimum requirement (https://www.capture.se/Support/FAQ). Have you tried setting the quality to Minimal in the rendering settings menu?
