This link for Apple may help as it lists the adapters required for Ethernet connectivity (WiFi may well work too, however I've not tried as yet);

Once connected there is a sub-setting within settings (below WiFi) titled Ethernet wherein you can set a static IP (within the ArtNet range of your console).

Worked well for me, albeit I needed to set my iPhone to the same IP my Capture computer had been (as listed / patched within Avo Titan  mobile).
