Im using 2020 as un upgrade froma n earlier version of Capture. I am connecting my console for the first time and not getting communication fromm the console to the software. I am using an Elation Enode4 to interface as I have before. Im not sure where else to look so thought Id ask you all.

Do not forget also to check your firewall or any other application that might be blocking the communication of Capture.
