Hi Guys 

I need your help. I have downloaded Capture and also purchased a 2019 licence, When trying to activate the licence that we were sent it comes up saying this Key is Broken, then going onto the Demo version, No fixtures, Truss or materials are coming up in the library, i have downloaded the library and tried installing this but again nothing comes up, 

Im trying to run capture on a 2018 Mac Book Pro top spec, 

I need to try and get this problem sorted ASAP as i need to start designing for a show that happens at the weekend
