Hello,

I‘m using an Atlas-Version on my Macbook Pro. Honestly, 3d-model import never worked. But for visualising I didn‘t need it. Now I‘m thinking on changing on 2019 and tried the demo. Same experience. Import crashes application on MacbookPro and iMac.

Also if I export a model as dwg and try to reimport it.

Anybody else who has this problem?

Capture import and export works flawlessly in most of the cases. In the event you find some troubles in the process, the best way is to contact support@capture.se to help you (as you did and you will be replied shortly).
