how can i use the same fixtures of hog 4 library in capture library?

The Capture and the Hog libraries are independent. The fixtures you want to choose must exist already on both sides if you want to patch them and visualise. If they do not exist you can request them from each company individually. In Capture the email address is library@ , for HES please consult their support documentation. In Capture you cannot create your own fixtures in the library, although in the Hog you can.
