Capture not seeing sACN universe 1 - Capture - Forum

24.1.21 Capture 2018 Symphony

MagicQ PC 1.8.2.7 , Windows 10 (seperate PC to Capture)

Patching universes to sACN, Capture does not list universe 1, all others are OK.

Had to repatch universe 1 to a higher number for Capture to see it.

Hi donkidonki.

Did you send a bug report to support@capturesweden.com?

As far as I know the forum is not monitored constantly by the developer team of capture.

Works fine here. Tested with 4 universes set to sACN, Capture sees universe 1-4

Are you on Quartet or symphony?

I'm on 2018 symphony, having recently updraded from quartet.

I never had this issue on quartet.

Interestingly, I tried reducing the number of universes that capture used in the connectivity options.

I'm using 9 universes and first tried setting capture to 10, still no universe 1. Then I set capture to 9 universes and now universe 1 is listed and selectable.
