Fixture disappears when patched

Hi All,

I have been sent a show file over from 2018 Dual for me to patch in 2018 Quartet, When I patch a fixture is disappears from the wireframe and the plot.

Any ideas?

in the view / filter univesres 3 and 4 will not be selected for display
