The short answer is no.

But, we've had more time to investigate the matter now, and almost no adjustment should be necessary for Snow Leopard. We have a probable issue with permissions related to library installation (which is easily worked around, it's described in the manual), and there may be difference in OpenGL support, due to driver (which is out of our control anyway). We will be switching our development environment to Snow Leopard shortly, and after that we can make a more precise statement!
