And now if we load the new update libary files we have to set every gobo from your own settings back in the fixture. And reload all the gobo's and other stuff.

Can this be done automaticly? I don't think a MAC600 or another movinghead changes. But we change the gobo's. Now I have to re-insert them again if I update the library with NEW stuff.

Overwrite this fixture with his settings yes/no?

And I even asked a list what is added with the new library......because I don't have to look at the total library......they call it a revesion report. Makes it more easy for the customer.

You do this for the program. Why not for the library?

Hi Chippie,

Improvements of how fixtures update as after library updates is part of the upcoming version 2.2.

Library version information is not however, for the simple reason that we don't have formal releases of library versions. It's something we're hoping to overcome in the future, but right now it's just not an option. A more elaborate explanation can be offered to anyone interested that drops by our stand at PLASA, since it's a bit complex. :-)
