I have the new Cature Atlas. It runs like a charm!!! Updated from Argo with key.
It's still in development I guess...
When I use it in full screen in os x, and open a plot, I can't go back to the main screen. I have to close the whole program.
Config is macbook pro, El Capitan 10.11.4

This confusion may lie in how Mac OS X handles fullscreen mode with applications that have more than one window. You probably just need to switch back to the secondary virtal desktop hosting your maximized Capture window.
