This is probably a dumb question and it certainly doesn't affect Argos performance but I didn't see anything in the manual about it so I wanted to understand better. In the Fixture Dialog what is the difference between "Channel" and "Patch". I run a very simple set up (4 - 4bar Tri's). Now it works fine when I set the "patches" (A.1, A.3, etc.....) to the appropriate "channels" with appropriate offsets of each fixture and the channel column doesn't seem to affect the any outcome or performance. But I just wanted to verify I wasn't missing something.
