Hello, I just updated my Capture Argo tonight and I seem to have a very strange issue with the look of haze. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this yet? I have the same issue on multiple computers (both Mac and PC) and they only started having this issue after updating just now. Thank you for your reply's.

Update: I have narrowed it down to only being an issue with Martin Mac Quantum Washes (at least in my show). I will also email support about this issue as well.

Hello,

Is this issue about not seeing the haze until you're close to the fixture and or looking right into the fixture's beam?
This is something that I'm still faced with on one of the two computers using Argo 21.1.23. Only thing I've managed to resolve this, is to launch Argo without video acceleration. The problem with this is it dramatically lowers the fps. This leads me to believe that this is video hardware issue, but I could be completely wrong about this.

Sorry that I may be of no help to you, but wanted you to know that you're not alone regarding this issue.

Best

Hi again.

I found out what was causing the problem on my end.

The software controlling the video hardware needed to be reset to it's default setting(s).

After do so, the haze is now in view at all angles.

I hope this helps.

Best,
Johnny

Thanks John, sorry for the late reply. Mine was a different issue with just the Quantum Washes where haze did show, but only at certain points in the beam. This was fixed with the recent update .25. Thank you though!
