Hi, My current work flow for pre-viz is by using sketchup to model the room / hall / venue. I would usually export the sketchup file to 3DS before opening it up in Capture Polar. Can you advice me the best file format to import to Capture as in the Sketchup Pro, there are a few options for exporting 3D model such as 3DS, FBX or OBJ file. Are there any difference in performance in Capture when using certain importing certain file format ? Thanks.

Hi Lawrence, From Capture's perspective, the 3DS and OBJ formats have the same features. 3DS files are more compact than OBJ files, but apart from that it's very similar. I would stick to any of these!
