Hi Daniel,
We are planning a built-in backdrop shape, but until we have it in place, I think the best bet is to simply use a flat surface and apply an image (google search for 'curtain' for instance).

Hi I have a smililar problem. I always do a very thin box as my backdrop, and then apply a material. But how do I get the ripple effect that all backdrops have. The way I do it, it always comes up like a very straight surface.

Hello,
Give it a couple of days and download our new version after the weekend...then there will be a curtain object where you can apply a light ripple/wrinkle effect and apply a material to it afterwards.

Hi,
Now it's out, with the new "Curtain" object under Objects / Forms in the library!
