Hello Everyone,
I'm facing a wierd issue with a new install of Capture 2026. The MA3-Net Plugin is always disabled and I'm not able to see or choose the plugin version right from the first install. Hence I'm not able to see the Capture session on MA3 devices & not being able to update it through the console/onPC session. I'm not sure if its a bug or just an issue with my install. If anyone would be able to point us to the right direction it would be helpful.

The Plugin Version field shows as disabled when Capture is first installed. This is normal and not a bug.
To help, please review the following:
Start Capture first. Then open the Connectivity tab and double-click Plugin Updater. After that, go to your grandMA3 console or onPC session and send the software update from there. Instructions for this step can be found here: https://help.malighting.c.../update_viz_key.html Once done, the Plugin Version field will update automatically. A reboot may also be required.
