I'm having an issue with the software and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same problem.

For some reason, I can't type characters with accents (such as á, é, í, ó, ú, à, è, ç, etc.) while using the software. My keyboard works normally in every other application, so the problem seems to be specific to this program.

Every time I try to type an accented character, I hear the standard macOS error sound, and the accent is not entered.

Has anyone run into this issue before? Is there a setting or a known fix that could solve it?
