If you place a deck in the top view, when its selected, choose the icon that looks like two pages (2nd from the right). 

When you hold the left mouse button down, this makes a copy of the deck, and you can move the copy around and place it where you want. 

Holding the shift key down make it move in a straight line, so its easy to just move it till it snaps to another.

Typically you'd make a line of these, say 10, then select them all, and using the same icon, drag / copy them up a row to make 20 and so on.

They will all snap to their edges.  

Play with an empty file for 5 minutes moving them around and you'll get the hang of it...
