Report Items

Various requests:

1. The symbol shouldn't have an automatically scalable size; instead, it would have to be treated like other objects in the library, keeping its size and distances fixed.

2. The Unit should appear in plot mode.

3. Redistribution of the order of report items as follows: patch - circuit - rating - weight and then the multiplier.

4. The multiplier should automatically correct the rating and weight.
