Hello. Here is a user tip: could you create an auto-create feature for universes?

For example, the Symphony Edition comes with 16 predefined universes, but if I need to use more than that, I have to add the others manually. It would be great if there were a way to automatically create these universes when patching a fixture, perhaps accompanied by a dialog box.

For us users, this would be a very valuable feature as it would greatly help with time optimization

You can add as many universes you desire all at once, so I do not see the need for an extra function that does the same while patching. I think it woud be more confusing rather then helpful.

You hit the little plus button -> Add Multiple and use the dialog box to specify how many universes you want to add.

I will refer to what  @Floriaan wrote.

It may sound like a great idea to "auto-create" universes when you first refer to them, but the reality is that many users will end up with weird universes by mistake as a result of typos and input errors. There are things that you will intentionally be creating during the design process, like layers and fixture groups, but the list of universes is typically a more static resource.

What would be much easier to consider is an option where you can say how many you want in a new project - could that work?
