I've seen a few videos of people working in Capture where the Project Window is a darker colour, as opposed to glaring white.
I'd also like to take the glare off the plot view, and paper screens.
I don't know if these were Mac or Windows systems; I'm on windows 11 for the moment, and to mess with the themes and to try to alter the system colours is the most frustrating and useless experience that cuases one to lose the will to live......

Please allow in Options for the user to select these background / text colours as suits them.
