Select All by Unit : Often, even within the same layer, we subdivide fixtures by giving each one different names. Instead the "Select All > by Fixture Type" I suggest creating "Select All > by Unit” (not taking into account the postfix).

How do you use "Unit"? Most US theatres use the unit parameter to indicate an instrument on a fly-bar (numbered from stage left to stage right) independant of channel numbers.

In previous versioins of Capture "Unit" was also used to indicate a location, but that has been addressed in version 2025.

While it doesn't have to be used that way, Unit is usually unique, so selecting by Unit doesn't make much sense.

To be clearer, I want to be able to select by matching prefix or matching postfix, or even, why not, by the unit itself.

Imagine I have rows of 8 different fixtures or set design (yes, we've built a lot in Capture) in non-symmetrical columns and I want to select all numbered 3...

I think we need to come up with some other system more dedicated for specialised selection in that case.
