Unselectable layers does not working as it should

Hello,

There is an issue on Windows version 2025.1.3 with unselectable objects on layers.

Object present on an UNselectable layer are still selectable on 2025.1.3 version on windows 11

This issue is not present on Capture version 2025.1.2, si I continue tu use the older one.
