It would be amazing to be able to control KVANT or X-LASER lasers through a console or software such as GrandMA2 or GrandMA3. When i try to give any laser a DMX patch, it simply will not let me. Therefore I am not able to control any lasers in Capture Through DMX. In reality its a definite possibility as ive seen it being implemented on live rigs. Why not add this feature into Capture?
Albeit that yes this is possible, I would still like the option to control and program lasers through MA software and NOT use an extra piece of software so i can maintain MA as my only fixture solution\during previs as i would want the ability to pre-program the lasers as i would do along with my regular lighting fixtures. so sure i could do that...but it doesnt solve the problem.
