My Capture says locked, I have been working on a project for a few hours and can not save it. It says I have to go to the website to unlock, I did but it will not allow me to unlock..it says - interval. I have no idea what this means. I also have to request in email to support to get it unlocked but they do not reply.

this is absolutely pathetic.
