There are a lot of “people packs” available from 3D model vendors. I usually buy one of those if it matters to get it right and charge the client for it when I can.
After a few times you will have a wide collection of people, not only with different activities, but also with a variety of genders and nationalities. I personally think it is important that wherever you live and you are using Capture you can see yourself and the people who you work for represented in the 3D people in the Capture library.

Half the battle is knowing what to look for.
Found the "Assets" page on Capture's website after your suggestion and it pointed me to some links.   That should fix me up.
