Hi all,

I've seen different feature requests that somehow are connected but not the same.

I would love to be able to filter the view in a plot by its location tag.

For instance give all the fixtures on a specific flybar the same location and then make a printout of just that truss.

Greetings Maarten

Thanks

I can see the practical use. Especially with elements that are blocking each other (like vertical elements such as dance towers).

I wish i'd come and looked here rather than spending the last hour trying to figure out how to do this!

Being able to filter by locations on plots, keys, layer reports etc would make creating sensible print plots so much easier.

I think the only workaround at the moment is a layer per fixture type per location.... and a layer per truss per location too.

Well, as long as there are no items above each other (in top view) or in the same depth (in section) you can always in Plots ->Library insert a new "View" for each truss or pipe and crop that view to just the items you want to see.
