Not sure if this is a Capture or EOS problem but EOS appends the range of patch to the Address field in the CSV. The Patch import tahn fails in Capture. If I remove the appended data in Excel it all works fine. I can provide files if needed.

Capture attempts to detect CSV files from Eos in order to parse patch information differently, so that the patch range doesn't cause issue. It's possible that something as changed in Eos, or that there is some variety of the information that we haven't anticipated. Please send us your CSV file(s)!
