For a curved screen, you can use a cylinder hull (found under the Forms category of the Object section) that it's dimensions are fully adjustable and apply a material with a texture media (found under the luminance category of the material).

Else you need to use LED panels and build the curve from straight panels bit by bit.

Using the duplicate tool (Ctrl+D), you can duplicate the panels and rotate them. However, you may need to move the selection triangle to the centre of the circle you wish to create prior to entering the tool.
