It would be nice to be able to control lasers in Capture using the IDN protocol (ILDA Digital Network). This would allow users to use more software for lasers. Especially as IDN is an open standard, so users are also able to write custom software which can output to lasers and to capture using the same protocol.
We have our eyes on IDN, but it's still in draft, so we'll likely wait until after it has been approved.
