Could there be a preference option to ‘Uninstall license on exit’?
I’m constantly switching between 3 machines. Only 1 is ever active at any one time. But they are in 3 different locations. While I completely respect the change in licensing in Capture 2024, the moment it was announced I knew it would catch me out as it has today!
I’m very happy to install a license key when I open up Capture. (It only takes moments). But I would love to know when I shut down that my license key has been released.

The problem is that you need to run Capture on three devices. Capture allows the use of one license on two devices only. Is there any way you can reduce it to two machines?
We have set up one powerful machine in our office which we sometimes use to VNC into and use Capture remotely. It works great even when the laptop is connected to a tethered phone on a train.

Thanks for the response. I think we will head down that route eventually.
But I still see the appeal of an ‘Uninstall license on exit’ preferences option. As a freelancer I’ve moved between a number of different computers on different projects. Often installing on other people’s hardware for ease of setup. It would be nice to know my license has been removed at the end of a day’s work without having to remember to do it manually.
