What i think is really usefull is some type of favorite button in the libary, where you can store objects, fixtures, truss, imported 3D models you frequently use so you can use them quickly. If you can make folders in this tab you could organize your models however you like, for instance truss corners, truss, moving fixtures, generic fixtures.. however you desire.

This would drastically change the time i spend on a drawing

An even better idea is to add some kind of stock feature where you can add Library items with a maximum of items used in the project that u can override but gives a warning so you never use to many fixtures for instance, i understand capture is not a rental software company but this shure does help keep designers in check with truss count.
