TBH the whole faff of filling out 3 boxes of the same data, receiving and email with a link for a download, then realising it's a windows/mac only link and then having to repeat the whole process as your 2 install slots are on both OS's. just a little annoying. Can we get a more streamlined process every time we open capture and are notified of a newer version please?

Ahh! That must be the trick! Every time I return to the site I am not logged in, so my upgrade experience has been that, making me think it's the "normal" experience. Will look into why my browser does not remember login status and autologin (where it does in most other sites).
Bunping this topic. Having to go to the website and login seems clunky. Would be much better and more efficent to have the app update internally from the app itself. It's got a funciton to report that there IS an update why not build it into the app other than "go to the website, login and download it" would seem more user friendly.
Did you try checking the "Remember Login" option when you log in? That way you should remain logged in next time you visit our site.
I was told this was the place to submit feture requests by your support people. I wasn't looking for tech support.And yes. I'm aware of the login feature on the site. But thats not my request.
Should Look Like this see? The user presses update shows a progress bar, the installer auto launches updates and re-opens. And bingo bango. Donezo.See? Simple.
I'm on team Ryan here, why not have the program download and update itself? Its allways a hassle to do the website rout.
