If I select fixtures in the Fixtures tab, the Edit->Sequential->Unit, Circuit, Patch, etc. menu items are greyed out. Also, there is no right mouse click action available and the associated keyboard shortcuts do not work either.

If I select the fixtures in the Fixtures tab and then select the gear symbol in a wireframe with my mouse, I can use the Sequential tools. Also whenever I click the top bar of the wireframe window to make the window active, I can use the shortcuts and the mouse actions. 

I would be able to save quite a few mouse movements and clicking when this issue was solved, so if it is not a bug, then please move this to feature requests!
