Hello all,
I'm working on a stage with one central prompter made by a classic computer monitor which is placed on the stage. I would like, such as with videoprojector, simulate content on it but I'm not sure that it's possible for basic monitors ?
Thanks
Here's what you can do:
Assuming you already have a model of the monitor you are using
Put a box with the same dimensions as your screen and a height of just 1 mm just in front of the screen.
Make a video source (NDI or such) or a short movie clip in the video player with the content that you need to see on the prompter screen
Add a material
Choose a Video player or a video input as a texture
Put the luminance on 600 nits
Add the material to your surface
Group the model and the "screen" together

Many thanks, I will try it.
