I'm probably a total noob and doing it wrong... there are a million trusses in the library but i cannot find a simple floor 'base plate' object to attach a single fixture to. OFC i can just manually assign the fixtue to the 'Stage floor' location but then i'd be missing the base plates in the show inventory / report. What am i missing

Hello all, I'm working on a stage with one central prompter made by a classic computer monitor which is placed on the stage. I would like, such as with videoprojector, simulate content on it but I'm not sure that it's possible for basic monitors Thanks

It seems everytime I export an MVR model from capture, into Grand MA 3, I always to to go through everyfixture and update the fixture profile within the console.   Is there a way to avoid this  I assume this is what GDTF would help fix Becomes a big problem when I have an entire show built in GMA3 and capture.  I update the physical position of some lights in capture, export the MVR, bring it into GMA3, then I have to go through the entire patch again and change EVERY fixture type back. ...

Hi all,  I'm trying to make a plot of 1 location (lx1 for example).  I've tried doing it with scenes but that doesn't seem to work. Is there a way to make a selection of just 1 location in the plot view I am running capture 2024 duet edition.  thanks in advance,  Maarten

Hello all, I would like to know if it's possible to simulate follow spot target move by DMX channels I'm using a Super Korrigan 1200 HMI with 1 channel for the dimmer but no option to add channels for the fixture move. It will allow me to create full simulation. Thanks I'm using Capture 2023, last release

Hello, I saw it is possible to use a 3D connexion cad drawing tool in combination with Capture. But is it also possible to use an Elgato streamdeck You can assign hotkeys to the buttons of the Streamdeck. But is it also possible to make macro’s for functions there are no hotkeys for Does anyone has tried this

Hello LD´s Is it possible to give the visializer part only to an visiting LD. Lets say he owns a Lisens already and want to work on a show he´s doing at my venue or festival, but i dont want to give full acces to everything in my file. Ill send him the paper work and the let him open the visualizer for my rig only.. Is this possible Thanks :-)

Hi. I want to make a panel with an image file that I can light up and down with DMX control.  To do so, I tried to use the Texture Generator feature on the material. When I do not apply any image file, the Texture Generator allows me to light the whole panel up and down, but as soon as I apply an image file on Luminance Texture, it no longer turns off. Is there any way to solve it I am doing this to mimic a star cloth that I can control from my light desk.
