I tried to import the boxcorner .dwg-files from Prolyte, actually to verify a mistake in Capture´s truss library, but trying to import the file from Prolyte crashes capture. Capture Nexum Symphony v. 23.0.14 on Windows 10. Crash report and the DWG can be found here

I am using Capture Nexum connected to Avolites Arena console. When I go to live view and change colours on the console, the CMY and RGB changes show properly but any colour wheel changes do not. For example, Mac Quantum Profile will work properly when I switch using colour mixing, but will not when I use the Colour Wheel. I have the fixtures hooked up to the console as well, and the changes are happening properly on the actual fixtures.

Hi, how is ist possilbe to get a Plot as print PDF For me there is no Plotter on my visualisation PC and the printig house says they need a print PDF with vektor inside. Regards Andreas

Hey all! Long time Capture user who is trying out a different control option for the first time. I'm using Titan Mobile for the first time one a Windows 10 Laptop to control Capture on a desktop Windows 7 machine on the same network. I have no problem getting the titan emulator to work on the same machine that Capture is running on ... but when I try to run on the Windows 10 machine.. no luck. The Universe shows up on Capture and I can even change the name of the output on Titan Mobile on the W...

I'm having intermittant errors exporting a capture file as a presentation. Most of the time I get a 'Export Presentation Error' which says 'An internal error occured' If i select all the fixtures and delete them it then works. then I undo to get them back and try again and it works. IIn plot view is it possible to move the slot frames in the same way as the patch info. When ther is a latern with both Gobo and Colour it all overlaps and becomes difficult to read

In one of my drawings the snap to functions that let me join truss and hang lights on truss isn't working. I'm referring to the purple dot you get when something can join onto something else. In a new drawing it works fine. There's got to be some obvious setting i'm missing
