Capture Polar v.2.8.12

While I have only done a very short preliminary test ( only 1 day, so don't hold me to it,) and I'm probably due for a Windows update soon (grrr), the new verison appears to of fixed the 'blank screen' error on my Alienware computer. Great stuff!
I will report back to you in a couple of weeks when I have done more thorough tests including adding an external screen.

Scrollers on fixtures

I do not seem to ba able to drag and drop a scroller from the library into the CAD.
Nor is it available as an accessory option.
Please advise.
is it possible to attach barndoors/similar to a scroller

Can Capture be used with Lightwright?

I've been asked if Capture can generate any files that can be used as input by the program Lightwright
Lightwright apparently integrates tightly with Vectorworks, but I'm guessing that level of integration would be out of currently out of reach for Capture.

Graphics cards

Hi,
I know this has been covered a couple of times with the answer 'get the best graphics card you can' but as I'm going to be purchasing a new laptop mainly for using capture I'd like as much info as possible, mainly are there any advantages/disadvantages between AMD cards and nvidia cards for use with capture.
Apologies for going over old ground but I don't want to end up buying a lemon.

Multi celled lamps and colour

Hi Folksok im new to capture on my second project.I have a design that uses coda 4 cell units and iris 4 units both have 4 cells that can be colored and controlled independently. I have set the units to the dmx mode that allows four channels but how do i give each cell a individual colour.When i put multi colours into the units its like they all go in each frame so i will get a red a blue a orange and a mauve all in one frame. and this is not what im after.I need each color in its own cell of th...
