NewTek NDI video streaming

NDI is the new video streaming technology from NewTek that has very quickly become adopted by the broadcast industry. It is in many ways similar to the video streaming functionality of CITP/MSEX, but features better performance and more functionality. NDI support is quickly being added to many multimedia products on the market, both hardware and software. There are already NDI-compatible video capture solutions, desktop streamers, video player plugins and bridges to both Syphon and Spout available.

Capture automatically presents all available NDI senders in the Media tab with low resolution preview imagery - actual high-quality video streaming does not start until an NDI source is associated with a material in your project. In the options of Capture you can also configure on or more NDI groups as a filter in environments with many NDI sources.
