The news were announced last night in our live webcast along with a recap of our licencing and pricing model, our support channels and the revamped forums:
Therefore, as of January 31st we have entered the grace period which means that all new licences of Capture 2021, or version upgrades to 2021 from any previous product version, will be upgraded to Capture 2022 free of charge. Edition upgrades to higher Capture 2021 editions are excluded. The updated licence key files will be sent out automatically the 8th of March. No action required by license owners. Please note that there will be no exceptions made to the announced grace period so as to be fair with all our users.
Product structure and prices will also remain unchanged, so here are the version upgrade prices:

Please note that upgrades to Capture 2022 are priced the same regardless of which version you own; Capture 2021, Capture 2020, Capture 2019, Capture 2018 or Capture Nexum.

Note to Atlas users only: The release of Capture 2022 marks the end of support for Capture Atlas which was released back in 2016-05-09, which means that there will be no upgrade path available to purchase. Any Capture Atlas users that upgrade now during the Grace Period will receive a free upgrade to Capture 2022 on the 8th of March.
